When can I place an order?
Our online platform is accessible round the clock, allowing you to place orders anytime, day or night, 24/7.
When do we deliver?
Our flower delivery hours are from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. For alternative delivery times, please reach out to us via email at agfloralstudio@gmail.com or by phone at 305-801-7529.
Where do you deliver?
We offer same-day flower delivery services throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Kindly be aware that the delivery cost may vary based on the ZIP code or destination city.
Until what time can I place an order?
To ensure same-day delivery, please place your orders before 1pm (Eastern Time) from Monday to Saturday. For next-day delivery, orders should be placed the day before the desired delivery date. During peak seasons such as Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing orders at least five days in advance.
Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes, delivery fee varies on the recipient’s location.
Can I choose the delivery time?
While we do not offer a specific time delivery, we strive to fulfill your request promptly. If you desire a specific delivery time, kindly enter it in the delivery instructions field during checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. What happens if the recipient is not home?
If requested by the sender and deemed safe by our drivers, the flowers will be left at the recipient's front or back door.
If it's not suitable to leave the flowers unattended, a calling card will be placed on the recipient's door or in their letterbox. This card will advise the recipient to reach out to us to schedule a convenient time for re-delivery.
Please note that additional charges may be incurred for re-delivery services.
