At AG Floral Studio, we guarantee freshness, quality, and value in every order. Each arrangement is skillfully handcrafted by a professional floral designer.

Once an order is placed, refunds are not available; however, you will receive store credit for the full amount paid. This store credit will not expire and can be utilized at any time throughout the year including holidays. 

We offer flowers in "buds" for optimal value. In many cases, your flowers will be delivered while still in bud form, ensuring you receive the freshest stock with the longest lifespan ahead of them.

Damages and issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and help make it right.
