At AG Floral Studio, we guarantee freshness, quality, and value in every order. Each arrangement is skillfully handcrafted by a professional floral designer.

Once an order is placed, refunds are not available; however, you will receive store credit for the full amount paid. This store credit will not expire and can be utilized at any time throughout the year including holidays. 

Exceptional cases: in situations of force majeure (e.g., hurricanes, market closures, or logistical disruptions), AG Floral Studio reserves the right to reschedule or refund the order as appropriate.

Flower substitutions: if a key flower variety is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with another of equal quality and aesthetic value.
