Política de envío

Orders will be delivered upon receipt of full payment and upon AG Floral Studio's satisfaction with the order's integrity.

1. Process:

• Deliveries are made within the 4-hour time window selected at checkout.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address details when placing your order. AG Floral Studio will not refund any payment for orders with incorrect delivery details. Should you opt for re-delivery, it will be at your full expense.
• Do not include set up or unpacking.
• Once the order is delivered, the customer or recipient acknowledges that the flowers were received in optimal condition. No claims will be accepted for damage or deterioration after delivery has been completed.
• Once the purchase has been confirmed, changes to the delivery or pickup date/time cannot be made directly from your account. If you need to reschedule, please contact us by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and order conditions.
