Once an order is placed, refunds are not available; however, you will receive store credit for the full amount paid. This store credit will not expire and can be utilized at any time throughout the year including holidays. Additional fees may apply.

Substitutions of flowers and/or containers may occur due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions affecting availability. In such instances, we guarantee to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
